ROCHELLE MARMORSTEIN started her career with famed musical artist Frank Zappa, after graduating UCLA, magna cum laude in 1979. She worked in feature film and television before entering the world of finance and owned a successful mortgage brokerage company for over 25 years. Influenced by the teachings of spiritual philosophers like Deepak Chopra and working with Anthony Robbins in the area of personal development and self-transformation, Rochelle cultivated a passion to help others empower themselves. Dedicated to raising the consciousness through the unparalleled power of media, she returned to the arts, devoting the last 5 years to developing a film that reflects the magnificence of the human spirit in action, and the THE SHIFT.
From her background in Theater Arts she possesses a creative genius allowing her to develop a simple concept into one that transcends the superficial and tells a human story with depth and meaning. She produced and directed two critically acclaimed documentaries: “The Pen Picture” and “Dear Great, Great Grandpa”. THE SHIFT trailer, Rochelle created was released on the Internet and has received a phenomenal response from 144 countries, igniting the yearning for the hope and possibility that to a SHIFT to new worldviews and lifestyles that encourage sustainability, collaboration, love and peace.

As an executive at The Coca-Cola Company for seven years, Paul led global strategic planning for two multi-billion dollar business units. He was Global Strategic Innovation Director of Coca-Cola Classic & Diet Coke portfolio which produced $12 billion revenues, marketed in over 200 countries. Paul also served as Global Strategic Marketing & Innovation Director for Dasani & Powerade portfolio which produced $12 billion revenues, marketed in over 90 countries. Prior to The Coca-Cola Company, Paul developed his strategic marketing management skills while working at Colgate-Palmolive, Procter & Gamble, and Hewlett-Packard.

CHRISTOPHER ALLINGHAM found his love for visual art at a young age beginning with photojournalism for newspapers and magazines. After graduating from University of Maryland with a degree in Television/Film and Business, he pursued honing his craft at the Rockport Film and Video Workshops and the American Film Institute (AFI). For ten years, Chris ran NASA’s documentary unit in Washington, DC as well as produced, directed and contributed cinematography for a magazine style documentary broadcast series for NASA on space, science, technology and the environment, shot around the world. Overseeing high budget media contracts for both still photography and television projects with NASA helped Chris gain a very thorough understanding and advanced his skills in all facets of documentary filmmaking.
Chris went on to produce and direct programming for various broadcasters including Discovery and Travel Channel, CBS reality series “Big Brother” as well as National Geographic, Fox and Animal planet. A visionary producer, talented director and creative cinematographer, Chris has contributed his highly developed skills and artistic abilities in developing all of Lighthouse Films’ documentary projects.
An experienced musician, broadcaster and digital media influencer, DNA hasspoken and performed on five continents, including for the UN Foundation, Harvard Business School, MIT, Stanford, London School of Economics, King’s College (Cambridge) & UK Parliament. His interviews have ranged from celebrities like John Legend, Zoe Saldana and Jimmi Cliff, to influencers like Arianna Huffington, former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, and former U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan.
A true “Afropolitan,” DNA grew up in Ghana, NY & the Middle East. Described by VanityFair.com as “a spirit of promise and hope and harmony” the music of his band Soulfège has charted on both sides of the Atlantic. He was host of “The Derrick Ashong Experience” on SIRIUS XM’s Oprah Radio, and anchored the inaugural year of the Emmy-nominated social media TV show “The Stream” on Al Jazeera English.
Philadelphia born and Harvard educated, Jonathan works at the juxtaposition of music and technology, seeking new ways to use data, social media and new technology to imagine and execute new methods of creating and delivering music to the masses. A former Deputy Director at the DNC turned full time musician, Jonathan maintains a presence in the Tech Sector as an entrepreneur and an Independent Advisor in New Media Strategy. He is also one of the founders, along with musical and business partner Derrick N. Ashong, of a new tech venture – amp.it– which seeks to revolutionize new music discovery through social gaming.He presently lives as a Resident Tutor at Harvard University in Music, Web and Race Relations.
